Landlords Gas Safety Inspections

In 1996 the government made it law that all Landlords who rent part or all of a property, must have all gas appliances and pipe work inspected every 12 months and a certificate issued to prove it. If you are a Landlord with unchecked appliances then contact us today for a quote to issue you with a landlords Gas Safety Certificate (CP12).

Blue Gas & Heating Specialists can carry out yearly landlords Gas Safety inspection's, servicing, installation and any repairs or improvements that may be required.
